The secondary school is organising an International Arts Festival

The PA will help organizing our famous Food Festival

A preparation meeting will take place on Monday, March 22 at 9:00 in school and the event’s committee will meet weekly on Monday morning.

We are looking for:
• Food coordinators from different countries
• Workshop leaders (parents who want to organise or assist in any kind of workshop: cooking, arts and crafts, …)
• Somebody to do the shopping and ordering from a rental company
• A volunteer to make a floor plan
• A coordinator for the student helpers
This is our main fundraising event of the year. All profits will go to a project for the students (like the table tennis tables and outdoor basketball hoops).
Ideas to raise extra money (e.g. art auction) are very welcome.
